「Great property and host. Everything I could want was there. Very nice property and very clean with comfortable beds. Fantastic places to eat close by. Wayfare Tavern had some of the best food. Highly recommended」

「Host was very prompt in responses in our questions and concern! Would stay with this host again.」

「First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

「Great location and a really cool vibe. I loved the loft. Unfortunately, the keypad on the front entrance stopped working which led to a series of avoidable issues, inconveniences, and very poor communication. There is a back entrance, but don’t count on being able to park in the reserved spaces in back. Fortunately, there is free parking across the street (with police parking, so it is MUCH safer than the back alley).」

「This property was in an ideal location for us as it was within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati. The downtown Newport area right outside the loft also has a nice variety of food and shopping options. The loft itself was clean, comfortable, and the area was quiet at night. We would stay here again.」

「Lots of steps. Better suited for young adults. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping.」

「Excellent! Location, ambiance, total experience!!!」

「Great place. Perfect for the time we were there. Easy walk to Cinci.」

「Fantastic place with a back porch deck and a great atmosphere bar just downstairs, Walking distance to everything on and around Monmouth St, the Levee and Great American Ballpark」

「This spot is a gem! It’s in the perfect location, it’s a great size with great amenities. It was a welcome “home base” for a trip to Newport! And the hosts were so communicative and shared so many great tips and local insights for our stay. Will definitely book here again for our next trip!」

「Is as advertised. A good and convenient spot to escape to. Beds were comfortable and room amenities were nice. Beats a regular hotel any day of the week. Good neighborhood. Somewhat noisy at night and early morning. It’s surrounded on all sides by the city life and businesses next to you are opening up while you’re sleeping at 7am. So don’t count on sleeping in if city life noise is an issue. This is smack in the middle of Covington by the way. And if you’ve never been here that’s worth noting....
