“The staff are lovely and helpful, sadly the Aircon just made a lot of noise but failed to provide any cool air .... only really a problem during the day as the night was cool. The cabin itself was fine but the gardens and ponds are a bit sad. ”

“Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. “Beautiful property, great staff, spectacular pool area with a view. If your looking a beach day, I would drive 5 minutes to playa Espillida, the private beach on the resort is small and rocky. Barely any sand.”

“We staying in the hand-built rustic wood cabin in the middle of blackberries [Mora] in the woods. You need a 4 wheel drive to get down the very steep access road. We left our compact rental car at a house up at the road [for a modest fee] and walked down 2km. The cabin is down a steep forest path. Didn't see evidence of wifi. It's simple and wild. Will not suit everyone, but we greatly enjoyed it. ”
