They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. They suggest communicating by WhatsApp and that is fine, as long as you have the internet, which you will not have in your vehicle. “My family and I truly enjoyed this house. It is a bit of a trek up into the woods but so worth it. The house is very clean and fairly well appointed. It was very easy to communicate with the manager with regards to getting in and settled as well as recommendations in the area. “We had a lovely stay at Ben's casita. It's a clean, comfortable space with very comfortable beds. Ben and the community manager were extremely accommodating regarding check in and check out, which we really appreciated.
