“The view was amazing! Hot tub was super clean (needs a new lid) house was very clean! Owner was great to work with!The dock was further away than the pictures made it seem and it was not accessible to my husband who has a bad back bc it was very steep. But!! It had everything a family would I need to have lots of fun at the lake!”

The ramp was too shallow to put in but birdsong marina was 6 minute drive! We will definitely come back!”

“We enjoyed staying here at Sunset Cove for a fishing tournament we participated in at Eva Landing. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. While we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have liked, it was really nice! The cornhole boards and ping pong table in the garage was a nice surprise for the teens. Thank you for allowing us to stay! ”

“Fox Berry Hill is a lovely lakefront property. We stayed during an incredibly hot week. SUPPing on the lake made it much more enjoyable. Pros: Great AC and easily adjustableBed in master bedroom was super comfortableWater pressure was strongLake access was excellent. Easy to take paddle boards down to lake via ramp, moreso than steps.Kitchen had great supplies overall, easy to cook and prep food. Ample pantry w spices left over from previous guests.TV worked great, but no remote for DVR.Many……

“Unbelievable stay, plenty of parking for boats especially tournament anglers who are up late rigging rods. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The neighbors are also great, checking in regularly to make sure we were doing great. I highly suggest staying here!!”
