「The main reason we booked this property was due to it being pet friendly as we were traveling though town with our dogs. We were disappointed with the “backyard”, as it was not much of a backyard at all and we had a very difficult time going down the dangerous stairs and lack there of to get down to the open space. The open space was turf which was nice but it was covered with dead leaves and fallen sticks. The apartment itself was ok, nothing too exciting however the air vents were covered...

「Pool was great especially after dark and the room was very cozy. Kevin and Vinny were great hosts!」

「My family and I loved our stay at your property..it felt just like being home.Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your home for a 4th of July getaway. Everything was just as it states in your description. This will definitely be one to keep as a go to if future plans brings us back to this area.」

「Our stay was very nice! The room was exactly what we expected and worked well for our family and was less than 2 miles from the family we came to visit! Highly recommend this spot!」

「A very nice and comfortable cottage. Our stay was short but enjoyed the time we spent here. Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee lakeside as the sun rises over the mountains. I would stay again if the opportunity ever was to come again!」

「This was a wonderful stay while we were visiting family in Ooltewah. We were able to bring our two dogs and they could enjoy the outdoor area when we were at the Brookside Cottage. The cottage was extremely clean and the host very responsive and friendly! 」
