「Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

「A fabulous place to stay, the house is furnished to a very high standard, with everything you could need, the pool was really lovely too. With only a short walk you can be in Petworth town centre which has great shops & pubs and also a lovely cinema, which is worth a visit. Carole & Robert are great hosts. I would highly recommend the Poolhouse 」

「The property was perfect for 3 families (9 Adults 1dog). Plenty of space for us all, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen, games etc. it was too cold to use the garden but that looked very well maintained. The area was quiet with plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants within 5 mins. The beach was a few minutes walk away which was a great plus for dog walks. Would definitely stay again, thanks!」

「Wonderful stay in well furnished home. Loved open kitchen and big farm house table. Great refrigerator and freezer space. Good supply of plates and glasses. Nice access to beach path. Only recommendation would be to improve sink area in kitchen. Otherwise, bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our family. 」
