“My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car.……

“First off, this owner was so kind, so compassionate!! She responded to our request for an early arrival not only promptly but so warmly. We were in town for a funeral and when we arrived, she had left a personal note along with an orchid plant for our family. (We took the flower to the viewing & explained to the family where it came from & everyone was so touched at the extraordinary gesture by our sweet VRBO host.) “Everything was great, the space was cozy and comfortable. Check in was super easy, and our host had everything we could have needed ready for us! The location was easy to find, parking was clearly marked, and pathways were well illuminated making it easy for us to get in even in the dark. Gotta love early winter sunsets.
