「There was a bit of miscommunication with our booking at the beginning. When we arrived at the assigned location, we were unable to access the apartment. After contacting customer service, we were informed that a different location had been assigned to us and that the first address had been sent by mistake. 「Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing 」
