「This was an excellent spot for my wife and I for a long weekend. The place has been renovated so it's not at all what's displayed online. But it was actually better the way we found it. All arrangements and comms w owner were first class. Will stay again for sure and recommend highly.」

「A spacious apartment with 4 large rooms and a bathroom. Very nicely furnished - especially den and living room. Nice appliances in kitchen. On 2nd floor so requires climbing outdoor metal steps to entryway. Parking only on the street. Overall a great value for the price.」

「This property is in a great location! However, when we arrived the apartment was extremely hot and there were no air conditioning units set up. The only ceiling fan would only work when the light was on which made sleeping nearly impossible. The kitchen is poorly stocked (no bowls, only a few random cups) and the stove is unusable.For a good stay I would recommend confirming with the property about air conditioning before arriving and not planning on using the kitchen. Otherwise, there is a nice...

「Apartment was pretty much as described. Clean, comfortable bed and all the supplies needed for our stay. Location was perfect for our needs. Restaraunt was convenient but just ok. The stairs are not terrible but are steep and narrow. Parking for us was at the municipal lot right around the corner. Only a 2 minute (literally) walk after unloading bags for overnight stay near entrance. We left happy we found this unit. 」

「Great location! Enjoyed walking by the river each morning and to a baseball game at City Island. Knead was a fabulous pizza place nearby! Easy access to freeway. Parking was convenient. Jonathan was an excellent host. Instructions were very clear and the pictures were helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We took the smaller Murphy bed room so we would be able to use the kitchen in the morning and not wake the teen before noon. lol. Would have been nice to have more...
