「Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Any queries I had Julia was really easy to communicate with, will definitely be booking a stay with them again!!!」

「The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location in the Marylebone neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants, underground. The iconic Daunt book store and the underrated Wallace Collection are close by.」

「Very good, clean, and comfortable room. The reception is very friendly and provided a lot of extra help to us.」

A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low...
