“The place was perfect. It was neat, clean and well stocked with every thing one would hope for. It's a perfect getaway for a family or couples. Two private bedrooms. I will definitely plan on coming back.”

“This stay was nothing short of perfect, in large part due to Melba and her family were incredible hosts. My husband and I drove up from TN for a family reunion, and loved having a place to stay all to ourselves. The location was great--only about 20 minutes to where we needed to go in any direction. Melba even gave us permission to go look at their new baby goats, which absolutely made my day. I cannot wait to come back! I will mention that it does get bright as the sun rises, and the best is……

“This property was the perfect place for my lady and I to stay for a fun little weekend getaway- the house is clean, cozy and modern, with great amenities, the hosts are friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had, and the farm setting is beautiful. It was the only time that I have ever had a morning coffee on the front porch with emus right there to keep us company. ”

“The property decking was rotten at places and dangerous. Railing at stairs were broken and falling apart. I fell due to no leaf removal. Washer broken on arrival, blind broken next to fireplace. Cobwebs throughout property. Not impressed with property at all. Also, Bernard’s landing had a card inside to rent from them directly for 30% discount which is a problem for VRBO. I have been using VRBO for years and never this dissatisfied with a property. Definitely not impressed ”
