Even though the hotel was not even one third full, she would not put us in another room. Said these were the four rooms allotted to hotel.com and she couldn't change us into another. room. We finally went to the handicap room buttery upset. The next day upon check out the manager apologized for the girl not accommodating us. Said he would train her better. BEWARE"

"Breakfast was not included. Hotel was centrally located within access to restaurants. The room was nicely appointed yes and I especially liked the duvet. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Winchester."
