“The toaster wasn't there. Also there were no saucepans and the television didn't work as there was no connection. Wasn't able to resolve with host as not able to access messages or call for most of the short stay.Felt the property more suited to contractors than families. However was located close to the places we planned on visiting during our single day of touring having arrived the previous evening.”

“I reached out to the host the day before my stay and was told that the space confirmed in my reservation was not available. They offered a smaller space in the same building or we could cancel. Because it was New Years Eve, there were no other comparable rentals in area and we felt like we had no other option but to take the smaller space, sight unseen. This put us in a tough position. The beds were nice and the space had amenities like an iron, etc. The bathroom unfortunately felt very dirty.……
