「Location excellent as close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and museums. Gabriel, the housekeeper was helpful. We booked the larger room, worth doing. The microwave listed on hotels.com inventory was missing and the oven was reported as did not work. We book the advertised garden view room but had a front road view room. Despite this we had a good time and enjoyed.」

「We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.」

「Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.」

「The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where. "Firstly, I found what appeared to be dried yellow-green mucus on the wall beside the bed. This was unpleasant and unhygienic, and I had to clean and disinfect the area myself using wet wipes. Secondly, the mini fridge in the room didn’t function well when I was out of the room. I suspected the electricity in the room was cut when I took out the key from the socket. After being away for the entire day, I returned to find that the fruit and drinks I had stored inside were only slightly cooler than room temperature. Some of the fruit was close to spoiling as a result. The sound insulation between rooms was very poor. Whenever guests in the neighbouring room opened their door, it sounded as if someone was opening my room door, which was both disturbing and unsettling. Finally, the staff member is very nice and helpful during the selfcheck-in process. She passed me the key as they did not put sufficient key in the self check-in counters. This is the only one time I chat with the staff members."
