“The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of chairs and shade. Definitely would……

“It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. “Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.”
