「Super great experience living there. We dont have a car and the host arranges the pick up services between the toys kingdom and our house. They also give us the free entry tickets for toy kingdom. The room is very neat and tidy. Warm as well. I strongly recommend you for the house here but plz drive here by your own. that will be convinient.」

「The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. 」

「軽井沢駅から車でたっぷり３０分強の別荘地。 建物は新しくとても綺麗に整備されています。 今回は雨でＢＢＱができませんでしたが広めのデッキにＢＢＱコンロなど整っています。 キッチンはＩＨ、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、エアコン、洗濯機全て揃っています。 薪暖炉を使えば寒い日でも暖かく過ごせます。 ２階寝室のドアの立て付けが悪く湿気を帯びると木が膨張して閉まりませんσ(^_^;)それと、ハンガー掛けがなく脱いだ上着など保管する設備が必要かと思います。」

「施設自体は凄い良かったです。ペット(小型犬)も一緒でしたが庭で凄く楽しそうに走り回ってたので人間も犬も満足です。ただし近場に飲食できる場所はないので、事前に周辺をよく調べて対応するか、台所もあるので食材を準備しておいた方がいいです。」

「The house is nice except that there are too many ants inside the upper level of the house. I am not sure whether this is normal in karuizawa.」
