「We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We've already booked it again for Brown's summer program. Highly recommended!」

「Immaculate, very well appointed, the grounds were clean and manicured, information provided for all appliances,Very comfortable bed only suggestion: the stairs, which are wood, need to have trees put on them to avoid falls.」

「Amazing. We really enjoyed being footsteps from the beach and having coffee and meals on the front porch. An experience my kids won’t forget and we hope to be back sometime!! The cabin worked well for us and we LOVED the decor—so cute. Thank you.」

「As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...

「The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「Clean and quaint - nicely renovated. Beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable. Dog friendly is a real plus. Owner was very responsive to a few minor things. The location near Matunick Beach is convenient and the views from the upper deck out over the marina are fantastic. We had a full house with family for JWU graduation weekend and could not have been more pleased. It would be a great destination for extended family with the other two cottages on the property. 「A Treasure Map.Secret messages. Riddles. Tiny hidden fairy houses. Underhill Hollow is its own little world. Completely enchanting! The Treehouse is beautiful and cozy and the property is just pure magic!...woods, a pond, stone walls, bridges and trails perfect for exploring! Listing photos are 100% accurate. and there everything you need.Kitchen has dishware, utensils, mugs, glassware, cookware, etc.Plenty of towels, bed linens, pillows. 「The real draw for us was the proximity to Foxwoods and the fenced in yard for my son to run and play. We were pleased to find the house just as described: a bit rustic but charming and with plenty of space for us to spread out. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We didn’t have time to make use of the kayaks/pond but the kids enjoyed a s’mores night at the fire ring, and were treated to a gorgeous display of fireflies at sundown. Pity, pity, pity~

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
