“My husband and I went for a weekend and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Getting to and from the boat by the water taxi was super easy and a nice way to get around. Danielle met us on the boat to show us the ropes. Took about 10 min to get downtown by the water taxi- was nice not to worry about parking downtown! We spent our nights relaxing on the boat enjoying the beautiful views. We definitely plan on returning again!”

“We were in Newport for a wedding, and Admiral Sims House was a perfect complement to our needs for the trip. Our hosts were extremely accommodating by letting us check in early, and the room was exactly as depicted on the VRBO website. While we did not stay long enough to utilize many of the amenities of the property, it is clear that the hosts have listened to feedback from guests and done their best to make your stay comfortable and easy. It was very nice to start our morning with in-room……

“We were in town for a local lacrosse event, and the convenience of the homes location was perfect. We were minutes away from everything by foot, less than 2 miles away from the facility where we were coaching. The space easily accommodated five adults, and we will surely be looking to book this again in the future.”

“The location was close to lots of activities but far enough away to make parking possible. The home could be better appointed with glassware, dishes etc. It was clean enough.”

Ideal and perfect location - better than expected. In 7 days walked over 50 miles and enjoyed every moment. Apartment is spotless…every time I walked into hall, I would comment on how wonderful it smelled. I can’t recommend it enough. It was PERFECT and will stay here again next time here. We absolutely……
