"DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. "

"Perfect base for our Montenegro stay. Just a few minutes walk to the Old Town of Kotor and a short taxi or bus ride away from Perast! Also just a few minutes walk down to the coast is the beautiful promenade where the excellent Caffe del Mare restaurant (and a number of others) is located. Danjela and her son Nikola were so kind and pleasant from the messaging before arrival to the in person welcome when Nikola helped us with our bags. They were always online in WhatsApp for any help we needed...

"We loved this property. Away from the madness of the old town, yet possessing all we could want within walking distance. Staying here does require having a car, however. We loved the patio overlooking the little beach. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, leaving fruit, wine, and sandwich staples for us to enjoy. And when one of the appliances malfunctioned, she had it replaced within a day. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. "

"In general, no complaints. We had a great stay. Very clean apartment. Amazing view from the balcony!We had no problems communicating with the property manager - very responsive. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned. Swimming pool isn’t free as it belongs to the hotel and there is a charge which wasn’t mentioned. One more suggestion, bring your towels. Towels we were given, were hard as a rock. We stayed for 3 nts and decided not to rent a car...

"We absolutely loved it here! The balcony affords the most fantastic views from both lounge and bedroom and adds so much value to the stay. The pool is a great option to have and we found it really nice in the evening after long days hiking and cycling to cool down and recover. Short walk to beach to enjoy the water, plenty of shops and restaraunts nearvy but we enjoyed the pleasurable 30 min walk into Kotor each day/night. Brilliant place to stay, highly recommend it"
