“Getting a taxi to and from the hotel to anywhere you can get a meal is 20 euros each way. It is worth the money to stay somewhere more expensive and closer.”

“Location is excellent - I e didn’t get to try the beach and lounges but very easy to access. The room was a lot smaller than I e imagined from the online photos. Shower is also tiny ( felt like a cruise ship room ). Bed comfortable and nice view. The shower was leaking and causing water under the floor in the bathroom - we reported it to the sent desk and they said after we check out they will take a look. It seemed to be an ongoing issue as the baseboard in the doorway had signs of water……

“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“Hotel is 10/10, that is without a doubt. If you like to do activities outside of the resort, there isn’t anything. It’s a quiet village. This place is truly meant for rest and relaxation. Please be careful how you book your room on Expedia. I booked a room with a sea view and was provided a room with 4 walls. It was hours of going back and forth with management. I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was……

“Great location with fabulous views. Wonderful breakfast and great food available in the restaurant all day. Very helpful staff. Comfortable, modern, very clean room with great storage. Some street noise during the day, but very quiet at night. We loved it!”

“The doors need to be slammed in order to be closed properly. Imagine guest coming in all night long...... Mall doors make a lot of noise during the night. Breakfast only starts at 730am but Breakfast was good. Burn marks on the carpet when it is a non smoking room and there were bleach stains on carpet near desk.”
