「The positive: The units are very nice and the location is excellent. The negative: checking in and the management. I waited for fifty minutes to check in because there was nobody at the reception desk. I called the number they provided and then emailed them and nobody responded. Eventually I was able to check in with the help of a person who I believe was the electrician (!). They were very friendly and helpful. The manager, however, never contacted me to offer an explanation or apologize. I...

「Our room was nice and the hotel was in the heart of Old Montreal. For those not used to "virtual hotels" (as we were), you need to accept that arriving early isn't as seemless as it is in major hotels. That said, the host did their best and we were given entry as soon as our room had been cleaned. The room itself was comfortable with a decent bathroom.」

「Beautiful hotel. Once we got the hang of the contactless entry everything went smoothly. The staff were very helpful. The parking at the hotel is limited to smaller cars.」

「The place is incredibly nice, very rich but minimalistic feel; however, the parking situation was not a vibe. Since you are in the tourist hub, it's a pedestrian only area, so locating overnight parking was quite a challenge and I didn't find them to be the most upfront or helpful with this. When I inquired they provided what appeared to be helpful instructions, but when I had issues with the instructions and tried to call them, I wasn't able to get through to anyone and had to figure it out...
