Super rapport qualité prix, logement très confortable et propre avec tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Air climatisé, grande télévision, wifi. J’y retournerais assurément! Seul bémol j’ai dû appeler pour obtenir les infos d’arrivée car je ne les avais pas reçues. Mais tout a été parfait ensuite!

Small quiet apartment in a building on the Plateau. Great area, very cute. Appears recently renovated and recent appliances. Great to have a washer in your suite so you can pack in carry on bag! All kinds of shops and restaurants close by!

L'hébergement est très bien situé, dans une rue avec des commerces/restaurants. Ma chambre donnant sur une rue a l'arrière du bâtiment très calme. L'accès etait facile. Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles car je pense qu'il aurait été appréciable d'avoir un petit manuel pour se servir de l'électroménager (notamment la machine à laver) et la tv ne fonctionne pas sans compte Amazon, dommage. Je ne suis restée qu'une nuit mais sinon l'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Je recommande

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were nicely kept and made our downtime really comfortable, and the size of the place was perfect for our needs—spacious enough to relax, but not overwhelming. What really stood out was the location: it’s in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to all kinds of local shops and restaurants, so there was always something nearby to enjoy. We recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated place to stay!

The location was great, the room was modern and well furnished. Air conditioning thankfully worked great (we arrived during a heatwave in Montreal). The lack of an openable window for ventilation was my biggest problem.

Nothing special, but it does the trick. It should be priced lower. This is an honest opinion. We didn’t hate the place but the location is the best part. Also, a few things should be fixed the towel racks are broken in the bathroom. Also the handle in the shower is broken. The carpet is gross you need a new one and the biggest thing is the entrance to the building doesn’t actually lock and needs to be serviced. If you’re looking for a good review, maintain the property.

Habitación muy pequeña, no es para 4 personas, no tiene ni armarios , y con las maletas no puedes ni moverte por la habitación. The accommodation was in a really great area! Close to a beautiful park, cute restaurants and shops, close to metro, and great atmosphere. Bike lane right outside. The room had mostly what we needed. Needed more towels - only two body towels provided. Almost no clothing storage - there was one small chest of drawers that had dirty socks and bundled up sheets (cleanliness unknown). Listing has potential but could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and expected amenities. Overall we had a great stay! Aside from the few drawbacks the location was phenomenal and made this visit all worthwhile.

The property was well situated, close to transit and the subway station. Also close to coffee, shops, grocery store, and small restaurants, but there was mold in the bathroom. Also, front door of the building had a handle that stuck, therefore not securing the building properly. We had to manipulate it to get it to lock after we left or came in. However, other others did not we were two women traveling, and we do not feel safe. While everything looked modern, the washer dryer combo did not work. We received a message stating supply H2O. The washer door locked, and I was unable to remove my clothes. I had to go to the breaker box to turn off all the power and get my clothes out, but only after draining the water onto towels that was already in the washer. I also had trouble getting proper instructions to get in but Expedia helped with that- not the owners.

I stayed in a studio unit for six nights. It was as described, comfortable and clean. A couple of comments though… I could have used a few more towels. There was no dish cloth, tea towel or coffee filters in the kitchen. And nowhere to hang clothes. The location was exceptional. And overall the experience was quite acceptable.

My family stayed at this hotel for four days in early June 2026. Although the hotel is located in an excellent area, the actual condition and quality of the property fell far short of the photos and descriptions provided by the owner. The room was much smaller than expected, and the overall cleanliness could be significantly improved. I would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with children. Given the price, there are certainly better accommodation options available in the area.
