「I gave the property time to respond to our request for a partial refund, but unfortunately they never replied.
The grounds were beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. It was very difficult to find staff for anything during our stay. No one greeted us for at least 10-20 minute on arrival, and throughout the visit we only had about 2–3 employees help us at all. The place felt like a ghost town.
