“The service was good,, but the pool was dirty and smells like frogs”

“Very nice experience. The host was excellent and service was excellent. Only drawback is that the domes show a little ware and tare. And also it was very difficult to get to this location without a 4x4 vehicle. The roads are not paved and extremely steep. We almost didn't make it. We all had to dismount the vehicle and drive it up the road with no passengers. The breakfast was excellent.”

“The staff was great, food was delicious, pools were all dirty, shower inside the room very bad, some plugs were broken. This place really need a good update of the facility. The place is beautiful but need URGENT UPDATES. Tv does not work properly and wifi get disconnected on and off which is bad specially if you want to watch something or work online with a laptop while vacationing .”

“Nice place to RELAX and have some quiet time. Altagracia was my favorite because she was very friendly at all times. Un lugar muy tranquilo y son muy amables. Altagracia fue muy amable y el señor que atiende cuando uno llega. La comida puede ser un poquito mejor pero quedé contento con el trato que me brindaron.”

“Great place to stay for sleep, not AC but don’t need it, even in summer temperature is about 65 degrees. They bring breakfast to your room.”

“This is a nice hotel in general. However, nothing worked. We made the staff aware that we couldn't use the tv, they said they'd check it out. They never came. The shower wasn't functioning as it should have been. The safe in the room did not work. There was never anyone at the front desk.”

“I dont know about pets, i never used the pool. The staff was okk. However, there was no fridge in the room or closet. The food a little high in price for the place and too loud. The manager has no control over the guest.”
