“Apartment is nice but the area is not ideal and the sliding glass door to balcony on first floor would not lock. Advertised as an Expedia VIP property but did not honor any offered rewards. I cannot affirm room upgrade availability but I only saw one other person at the property and no other cars in the parking lot. That said, the specific perk was listed as free late check out which we chose in order to work remotely. The hotel, via a California US Whatsapp number, instead tried to have us pay……

“Property is in a good location in front of a beach and a 20 min walk to the marina which is beautiful and has lots of great places to eat. The gardens are also close by with a great playground for kids. The unit wasn’t cleaned throughly and showing wear and tear. Additionally for a long term stay you had to pay an additional cleaning charge if you wanted it cleaned or new linens. The pool was closed for long term maintenance and we were not informed prior to checking in which was frustrating……
