"Interesting concept for an apart hotel - nice building with great facilities. Rooms were also excellent. Perhaps unusual was that breakfast components would be brought to the room the evening before, with fresh bread and pastries delivered following morning after 8:30 am. A bit late and unclear why the hotel could not arrange for a common dining place."

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk.
The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try
Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones.
Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock.
Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"Hice reserva del loft clásico que dice 1 habitación, para 3 personas y resultó que era un monoambiente. No sé si el error es de hotels, en la cabaña pudieron cambiar a una cabaña diferente pero con una diferencia de precio. Era un regalo. La cabaña fabulosa, todo es hermoso. Pero deben cambiar lo de 1 habitacion a monoambiente, para evitar errores"

"Hotel muito bonito, porém somente quando cheguei fui informada que minha cabana familia não poderia ser utilizada, dividindo assim meu grupo.
Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom.
A piscina poderia estar mais limpa. A jacuzzi sem condições de uso.
Café da manhã muito bom."
