"Although the guy a the front desk was nice the condition of the property was not. The room was disgustingly dirty. The walls were absolutely terrible. The sink did not have any hot water in the toilet did not flush well at all.. I bleached everything down and use Lysol throughout the entire room. The price does not match the condition of the room. I was very displeased "

"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s very expensive for what you actually get, especially with all the hidden fees. They charge daily for self-parking in an open lot (with plenty of space), and many amenities come with extra costs that aren’t worth it. The location is inconvenient—far from the beach and most activities. The hotel itself feels plain and not at all like a 5-star experience. The rooftop was mostly closed during my stay, yet you’re still paying for it as part of the amenities. The “clubhouse” is basic (two pools and courts you likely won’t use), the bar is just okay with unfriendly staff, and the food—especially breakfast—is overpriced and underwhelming. Cleanliness and service were disappointing. I found a bug in my room, and the staff didn’t seem to care. I also had to request housekeeping daily, which should be standard."
