"Overall we had a very nice experience. However, the lighting in our room was too dark. Definitely needed better lamps with brighter bulbs. Missing shampoo and soap for the shower. The waterpark was nice but seemed very dark. The bottom of all the pools was brown instead of a nice blue that you would expect so it made the water look dirty. It wasn’t dirty but it looked that way. Food was very expensive in Jack’s restaurant but reasonable in the cafe but it had a limited menu. Snack bar in the waterpark was open but nothing was working so you couldn’t purchase anything."

"The bed was made but the sheets had not been changed. You could tell they had been slept on and there were black hairs on the sheets. Disgusting! I left!"

"Comfortable. Disappointed that no pool or hot tub and don’t remember seeing that on the page when booked. Otherwise nice stay."

"Overall, our stay was good. The only complaint I have is updating the rooms with more outlets to plug in all the technology most people travel with. My wife and I had cellphones and work laptops but the room did not have enough plugs for charging while we worked. The rooms were clean and casino restaurants were only a short walk across the parking lot. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning soon."

"The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The property needs some updating. In-room microwave and refrigerator were old and not in good shape. There was mold on the fridge door gasket and it didn't close well. The microwave door is a different color than the rest of the unit (clearly not a design choice). There were two serious leaks from the ceiling in the pool area. Breakfast was standard. There was a waffle maker and that was the only hot choice. Two dry cereal options, bagels and some yogurt. It worked fine for us. All in all, I would stay there again since the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable."
