“Corky's is a gem! It was a perfect place for six girlfriends to spend the weekend for a 50th birthday celebration. The decor is cute and fun, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the whole place very, very clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire table, and how close it is to hiking at Mohican State Park. Highly recommend. ”

“The property was well maintained with adequate space for large groups. We had a great time and would come back again to stay at this property. Plenty of parking, rooms were large and comfortable, all furniture was in great shape and the property had lots of parking. Great place!”

“Cute little upper loft! Small but yet spacious enough to meet all of your needs!! Location was just what I needed to be close to everything I was looking to do for the short weekend stay! My only negative and it’s really not that bad and not much you can do about it is the shower. Tall step in and out with the curtain rod so low hard to lift high and duck low to get in/out. And low shower head. Overall a great place and I highly recommend and will look to stay again for my future events in the……

“We had a great stay. Apartment was as listed and very clean. Check in was simple, though I was cautious walking up the entry stairway since the lights didn't turn on until I was halfway up. Once the lights turned on and I got to the top, I was sure I was in the right place. The location was great. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Right above a restaurant with great Mediterranean food and a huge bourbon selection. We did not hear any noise from the restaurant nor any noise from……

“Everything was fantastic. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. The location is also great--right in downtown Delaware--but street noise was not an issue. There is also a great restaurant and bar downstairs which is great at the end of the day. ”

“Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”
