「The hotel is great for kids! They had a great time! However one person on the staff was very rude! They told my wife that she needed a wristband in order to sit in the pool area. I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family. 「Breakfast was nonexistent. No fruit or yogurt just toast, English muffins and boiled eggs.」

「The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. Only negative was the thumping on the floor from the guest in the room directly above mine. At times, it sounded like they were trying to break through the floor. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place.」

「Room was okay for the price. However shower was a disaster. Not enough water pressure to even move the water up to the shower head. Had to take shower with the hand held unit which was also weak. They really to fix this. Only reason I don't give the stay an "Excellent"」

「Hotel was right off the highway, so was very noisy. Room was dingy and very outdated. Toilet barely flushed, there were ants in the bathroom. The sheets seemed cleaned, but bed was very uncomfortable. My card quit working for no reason, so I had to go to the office to reactivate it. I bought a pop from the vending machine. It was all sticky and was barely cold. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room, so I took them with me whenever I left.」

「Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.」

「Quick stay and it was just to sleep. Tv didn’t work well, kept skipping and remote hardly worked. Bed was comfy and room was clean」
