“Staff was great. Pool was well kept.”

“On check-in, the only person at the desk was on the phone with a customer (not her fault) for about 10 minutes or so. There was no side table on one side of either bed, only between the two, so whoever was on the other side was out of luck. Same with the electric outlets and USB plugs.”

“Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great.”

“We had ants in each room was able to switch one room but not the other and they would not compensate us for the hassle. When we asked they were very unprofessional about it. Would not recommend this property!!”

“Unfortunately, I did not catch breakfast either morning that I was there so I can't tell you about that. But I can't say that the staff was very friendly and nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are soft and it was pretty quiet. I never heard another guest the whole time. The area is nice and I felt comfortable in the area.”

“The hotel felt a little pricey when I booked it but when I got there I realized they had a lot of amenities that if I had actually been staying there for longer than just a quick overnight stay they would have been nice to use. The lobby is full of nice places to sit and socialize as well as a decent breakfast bar in the morning.”
