“這次我們住宿的是兩房一廳的公寓房型，整體空間真的非常舒適，位置也超級方便的，周邊機能對我們來說是非常方便，只是廚房的垃圾每天都會幫忙清理但不知道為何另外兩間浴室的就沒有整理，浴室淋浴空間排水似乎不是很好都會積水所以要洗的小心翼翼，另外有一點讓我們很介意的是，第一時間遇到的女生櫃台很熱心還幫我們查找地圖，但之後換成男生櫃台人員的時候就冷漠許多，這是因為我們發現他對其他西方人的答覆跟服務態度跟對我們的有落差，這讓我們感到有一點被歧視，除此之外飯店的位置及硬體設施是真的都很不錯。”

“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. ”

“洒店的問題是那條又窄又長又高的樓梯，我們要拿住兩個25kg的行李箱爬上和下來4樓;第二，是房間內沒有空調，而且窗口基本上不能打開，夏天时室將超過30度，建議加上電風扇；第三，房間內沒有洗衣機，而附件也沒有洗衣店，建議在公共地方加上這項設備，會方便很多！其他的就不錯，地方清潔，交通方便，附近有歺厅和超市，房間也很大，但我想我下次不會再來這間酒店了。”

“The staff were all very nice, from the beginning till the end. We booked a two bedrooms room, one room was slightly bigger with a bathroom inside and a nicer view, one’s bathroom was outside and the window view was inward. The kitchen and living room space were both great and fully equipped. If you need to change towels or cleaning, you can arrange the service a day earlier. Tram, bus, and metro station were all close. I will definitely choose here again when I visit Amsterdam next time. ”

“We hebben hier maar één nacht verbleven vanwege een feest dichtbij, zo jammer want het hotel overtrof onze verwachtingen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en behulpzaamheid laat op de avond. Het appartement was fantastisch. Sfeervol, smaakvollle inrichting, geruisloze airconditioning, ruim, zeer schoon en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Keukenblok met magnetron, kookplaat, koelkast etc. Mooi zithoekje, tv, goed bed, badkamer een plaatje, noem maar op. Ook voor een langer verblijf dus zeer aan te……

"It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "
