“This used to be a very nice place but over the years it has really gone downhill. We had a roach in the bathroom the door had A LOT of of rust around the door frame. Younger guest were getting drunk and throwing up around the property. Not what it used to be.”

“Property has a lot of construction so elevators didn't work so we had to go up 3 flights of steps , no fire alarms in the building , patching wood everywhere, electrical cords across the roof in hallway , midnight rat screams”

“easy access to eats and entertainment , through no fault of the property location , getting back from downtown was a bit annoying due to construction . the only other issue was with the a.c. , occasionally when it came on , strong odor of sewage was detected , other than that we would come again.”

“Very nice experience. The unit was well-appointed, spacious, airy, clean, modern, and comfortable. This second-floor unit has a full-length balcony and overlooks the courtyard swimming pool, not the beach, but the beach is literally a few steps away. We liked that the unit occupied the entire second (and top) floor of its building, so we had no neighbors on any side of us. Very quiet as a result, although you do hear the noise from the pool. But the pool closes in the evening, and we didn't……
