“Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. “We stayed four nights in a room with balc9ny and kitchen but with no bkf. The room is big and tidy. One if the two lifts was out of order during our period. Parking spaces are limited and we had to park elsewhere. Close to tourist spots.”

“We stayed at the LYV on Karl Marx Strasse and I’d recommend it for people looking for apartment style accommodations in an area of Berlin that is pretty lively and has great access to the U-Bahn and the Ring-Bahn. There are lots of middle eastern restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby. The street does have a lot of street noise but when the windows are closed there is no issue.
