「Really Nice place. Very Clean propertyGreat game day rental location」

「Everything was amazing.」

「The studio is perfect. We stayed with our dog, and they had a water bowl out for him and everything. The fenced yard was so convenient and sure beats having to get dressed, go down the elevator, and take your dog on a walk outside a hotel first thing in the morning. We’ll be back!」

「We have stayed at the Stylish 4BR Escape for several years now and every time is the same...warm, welcoming, clean, quiet and a wonderful home for our family to relax, cook, hang out and make memories in together! We always look forward to our return stays here in Athens and will keep coming back!」

「Fran’s home is beautiful, very spacious, tastefully decorated and everything we needed for our stay.」

「Everything was perfect! The host took care of everything and made the check in process simple. And they provided us with all the essentials. Finding a nice property within walking distance of Sanford Stadium that is reasonably priced is hard to find. I’d definitely stay here again!」

「Great place to stay. Good location in Athens and host is a good communicator.」

「If you are physically challenged or a senior citizen, this is not for you. You park off the driveway. Then walk across the lawn with a grade, then walk about a 30 yard path on uneven 1’ pavers, careful not to stumble;there is a 6’ drop into the neighbors yard. You are offered to park on the street. During my four days I never noticed any other car parked on the street; worried someone would drive up the rise of the street and then be greeted with my car.」

「Perfect spot to go back and forth to campus. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Everything was excellent. The biggest impression I’m taking away and looking forward to the next time I book this property was the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Very relaxing and quiet after a long day. Thanks」

「This was a charming place surprisingly close to grocery stores. The bedrooms were clean, kitchen was great and a lot of the rooms had tvs. The washer and dryer looked new but we never used them. Lots of bathrooms and the fire pit was great. A nice place I’d return to. 」

「Great place in proximity to EVERYTHING! Will be back often.」

「We had a wonderful stay! In the heart of Five Points, the location was excellent—close to everything we wanted while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The property truly had all the comforts of home, and I especially appreciated the amenities that made it easy to work remotely. Reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable workspaces, and thoughtful touches throughout the home made balancing work and vacation effortless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a...

「Host was very accommodating and everything was as described. We appreciated the fresh eggs, water and condiments that were provided. Wanted a unique place and that is exactly what we got. Host provides a lot of information and check in and check out could not have been easier. Thank you so much.」

「Not as described: This property does not sleep eight. Our family of five stayed at this property for three nights during our tour of UGA. The hostess was welcoming and communicative. The property was quiet. However, it was not well-appointed—it lacked utensils (just five spoons) dishes (no glass bowls, a few worn plastic ones), no pot holders, no baking sheet. The tub was cracked, the shower faucet was broken (we had to call to have this fixed as there were five of us using one shower). The...
