“Sleepless night. The back of the hotel faces active train tracks. Many complaints about the night long extremely loud noise from trains coming through. Makes it nearly impossible to sleep!!! The hotel promotes a "new level of relaxation." What you will be doing is cursing under breath at the ridiculously load train noises right outside your window. My wife and I woke up exhausted from a sleepless night. A waste of money if you can't sleep while paying for a hotel.”

“The bed was comfy but the TV didn’t work. There was a dead bug stuck to the bulletin board behind a piece of paper with hotel information. Not a huge deal, especially since we didn’t see it until we were packing up to leave.”

“No pool! Even though it is listen in the description the pool has been broken for years & the guy at the front desk said “there have been lots of people very upset to find out the pool is broken”. The room was somewhat clean, but the towels smelled like dirty feet & the fridge in our room was broken. There is NO pool/NO spa.”

“1:Bueno ,la sala se veía limpia,a simple vista,es un hotel acogedor, porque es grande y los cuartos cómodos,solo deben estar más al pendiente de sus colchones sofas camas estaba manchado,otra poner , jabones y loción porque no había,cady siempre sucede eso por eso siempre boy a prevenida con mis jabones,otra,solo que no deberían permitir,fumar dentro porque estaba inundada de mariguana la sala eso la hacía sucia. 2:El caballero siempre se mostró amable. 3:No muy bien,deberían agregar……

Tub floor and walls dirty and soap dispensers in showers dirty. Arrived to find out what was booked was one bed but by receipt clearly said two. Room keys didn’t work had to go back to get that fixed. Property hallway propped open with rock instead of being closed for safety. Hallways smelled like weed even though I……

“Wow..just wow! All I can say about this stay was that it was absolutely incredible. Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning. Between the free iced protein coffee beverages and water in the room refrigerator (plus snacks, like protein bars and chocolate!) to a fully, and I mean fully stocked lobby area with complimentary snacks and more drink options than most restaurants have,……
