“Room was comfortable, guest Wi-Fi account worked the first day, but could not connect the next three days. The refrigerator didn't stay cold...food did not stay cold. Shower curtains were dirty, mold around the tub and no water pressure.”

“The bed was comfy but the TV didn’t work. There was a dead bug stuck to the bulletin board behind a piece of paper with hotel information. Not a huge deal, especially since we didn’t see it until we were packing up to leave.”

“I found several roaches in my room and when I notified the staff they moved my to a different room on a different floor. The new room had roaches as well. I cancelled my reservation and moved to another hotel.”

The only downside was the room layout, which felt a bit awkward. We were surprised by the open-concept bathroom, as it offered very little privacy. If we had traveled with our teenage daughter, the room configuration would not have worked for our family.”

Tub floor and walls dirty and soap dispensers in showers dirty. Arrived to find out what was booked was one bed but by receipt clearly said two. Room keys didn’t work had to go back to get that fixed. Property hallway propped open with rock instead of being closed for safety. Hallways smelled like weed even though I……
