“Great family time with no distractions. Owner's communication was great. We had one issue that was resolved with 24 hours of sending the owner an email. Luis, the caretaker, and his wife were wonderful. They were really helpful, and we enjoyed meeting them and their son. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle, but very reliable Wi-Fi to stay in touch as desired.”

“I really liked the house and the property. The house is very well built and well appointed. The caretaker Ricardo is very helpful and friendly. Great views, safe area, nice breeze, and nice area to lounge or play in the sand with our little one. It's a quiet location a bit far from town which can be nice but it does take a while to get to the house from town or the main highway (about 30-40 mins). The only downside and this is not the owner's or caretaker's fault is all the trash that washes up……

“Such a privilege to stay in this beautiful casa on the beach. It was quiet, private and peaceful. Kitchen had everything you need. The beach was well maintained and you can snorkel right from the shore. We used the kayaks to get to the reef to snorkel. Magical time!”

“The property is exactly like the pictures beautiful we enjoyed our stay at the house so much that we spent very little time at the lagoon, it is a quick walk to where you pay a few pesos to get in use their facilities to access the lagoon right in Beunevista sorry can not comment on that as we went to Bacalar.”

“Very nice condo with two king sized beds, both with their own ensuite bathrooms. Highlights were definitely the shared pool, had beautiful gardens all around it and often we had it all to ourselves. In addition, the private terrace was stunning. The only downfalls were that the dishwasher was difficult to use and we ended up having to wash all of our dishes the final day. Also we could have used more supplies such as water, toilet paper, paper towel, etc. The host was lovely and super quick to……

“The space was ample. The best part about it is the screened in kitchen and dining area. The beach is not far and there are grocery stores and vegetable shops a minute away. We had a bumpy start which was resolved only after 21/2 hours on the phone with VRBO. The owner charged us for an extra night. This caused confusion and inconvenience to our host who was led to believe that we were arriving a day earlier than we had agreed upon. Additionally, the owner miscalculated the overall cost and did……

“The Royal Palm was amazing and my family and I cannot wait to return. Amari was so helpful and so easy to contact via WhatsApp. Upon arrival she offered me a cold beer and created us with the cutest resident puppy named Mila. Check in was easy and check out was even better. Our room was clean and comfortable with sky tv and internet access. Bathroom was in great conditions. The best part is having the room right on the lagoon, it’s beautiful and clean. My daughter and I swam daily and watched……
