"I believe for a single night stay at this property this Rodeway Inn would be adequate. We stayed for a week as we wanted to be near family and considered that an inexpensive hotel was fine as we were "just sleeping there"...
This hotel is quite spartan; thin towels and too few, bed cover/duvet too small for the bed itself, screaming noisy showerhead, worn out pillows. Housekeeping is by request not by schedule, (one has to ask for clean towels, shampoo and soap, bed linen change, and cleaning). A sign stated that rooms were cleaned every 3 nights (4 days) but our bed was not changed and the sink, shower and toilet had not been scrubbed (when requested it was done). The breakfast bar ran out of food 30 minutes before being scheduled to close and the coffee machine gets cut off then too.
Hallway carpets drastically need replacement (even a good vacuuming would help), windows are filthy even in the entrance and exits. The entire property shows lack of maintenance and care.
The staff is friendly and accommodating however but the operation remains a "get it yourself".
As stated - the "Rodeway Inn & Suite" in Nampa, ID is sufficient for a quick one-nighter but in our opinion anything beyond that travellers should probably look elsewhere."
