“This was a beautiful home overlooking the river. There were about 10-12 elk across the river the entire evening we were there. What a beautiful way to start our trip to Yellowstone. The home was immaculate and perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend it.”

“We loved Gardiner & our rental was so nice! The river running next to us was beautiful! The house across the river actually had a mama and baby black bear in their yard two nights in a row! Had everything we needed in the kitchen was well stocked, only suggestion I would have is to have saran wrap and tinfoil otherwise our stay was absolutely wonderful!!”

“The location is excellent, just outside the north entrance to Yellowstone. It is on the main street but not too busy or noisy. There is a balcony off the main level that fronts on the river, a wonderful space to sit outside. There is also a large patio off the lower level, complete with a propane fire pit, a dining table and chairs, and propane grill. The house is clean, beds/bedrooms are comfortable, the layout is open and easily accommodated our group of 5 plus a small child. The grocery store……

“The property description and directions were very accurate. Todd is an amazing and responsive host. The property was an easy drive outside Gardiner and worked well for us to drive back to Lamar Valley each day. The unit and beds were very comfortable. We were able to see large herds of elk very near the house! Highly recommend this property and host! Wi-Fi was very reliable and home was very clean. l ”
