“It was a beautiful studio apt. It appeared to be quite new or very well maintained. Only non issues was someone was parked in our space so we parked on street and when I called because the door would not lock my call was never returned. However, I would absolutely rent this sweet studio apt again when going to a concert. Thank you for a lovely stay. FYI the tray on the bed with the magazines and plant were a very thoughtful touch as was the coffee cart and snack basket!!”

“We had a terrific week on Beech Hill Pond! This is our 2nd year working with Josh and he makes the whole process (from booking to check-out) so smooth and easy. The property location is perfect that is gave us privacy but direct access to the lake and easy trips to Ellsworth for dinners and Bar Harbor for the day. We had everything we need as far as amenities and use water sports equipment. We rented a pontoon and tube from Lakeside Rental and thoroughly enjoyed every moment on the lake. ……

“This apartment was so beautiful and located next to a charming Main Street with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and cute shops. It was perfect for the 3 of us at the end of our trip. It’s pretty close to Acadia National Park without all the regular drama of the crowd in Bar Harbor.”

“Barb was wonderful to work with and everything was wonderful. We were visiting family on the pond so the location was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful pond views and being close to several hiking trails. We hope to stay there again!”

“This was the perfect stay for our family of 8. The 3 bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen and laundry machines made everything very convenient and enjoyable versus all of us being separated in hotel rooms. The owner was super responsive to all of our questions. Location is perfect as it’s close to downtown Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and is right by a beautiful river just down the street! Highly recommend this property. ”
