皇后縣度假屋

「I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on...

「Good location for restaurants and MoMa PS1. Easy to find. Extra charge when arriving that is not mentioned in the listing. No instructions in room on connecting to WiFi. Thin walls, uncomfortable beds. Was probably great as a Sonder, but has gone downhill.」

「When my wife and I arrived, we found that the property was not as described in the photos. There is no sofa / sitting area. The trash cans had trash in them, and there was trash on the floor. I contacted Vrbo about the issues above and they were not very helpful. Then I contacted Belvilla and...

「Great property. Lots of sow e. Very clean. Close to subways for easy travel」

「I wasn’t even able to get into the room . I contacted the host after self check in which me and many other people weren’t getting our access code to enter the building. The ones who got the code were leaving because other families were in their room already. One big disaster and and great disappointment to my family who came down to visit.」

「We definitely would be back to this hotel. It was very well located.」

「地點非常好， 不是旅館是像民宿經營，我會每天幫你打掃，房間的使用的材料都補充，不要期待太高。」
