My say was extremely pleasant especially dealing with owner Asaraf. He was extremely professional and compassion and takes the customer service to a whole nother level. He takes pride and ensuring his guests receive the best c/s accommodations. Rooms are extremely clean so much that you can even eat off the floor. Very quiet peaceful night. Made me feel as if I was walking home after a long journey. Only if we regret that I have is that I did not find him sooner. I will definitely returning Nicole Peterson

Parking is terrible, there is construction everywhere around the hotel. The staff was friendly. My room did not have towels big enough to take a shower, I had stay at this property 2 times prior, this time we had no soap, body wash, nothing. Will not come back even though the price is ok

The only reason I gave 4stars some two of the questions was; the area was near the projects where their was a lot of police one day, I felt safe they were there but alarmed at their presence and the amount, next was the room didn’t have a fridge or microwave in the room. Other than they my stay was awesome, the staff was a pleasure and the guy at the counter w/the glasses was very nice he found my ID that I didn’t realize I lost until it was time to check out! He did write down his name for me but I forgot it in my other coat. All and all I would book. Again even with the minor (conveniences) not available. But just about a block maybe two way there are a lot of places to choose to eat and it’s very close to public transit! I really like my room deposit being in cash because I don’t have to wait 2-3 days for it to come on my card I get it right as I’m checking out!

Lots of hotels in this vicinity but the surrounding area was deprived and sketchy at night. Felt uncomfortable walking after dark. Hotel itself was pleasant at first sight but the problems started soon after, it seems that the hotel also houses people that are government assistance. Every night of my 7 night stay was disturbed by long arguments, fighting and partying in various rooms on the same floor. Even on Sunday mornings, loud music and people shouting seemed to be the norm. I mentioned this to the reception staff on a couple of occasions but there hands we're tied due to being no security on site. The rooms was tidy and efficent but lacked any toiletries for the shower, which i thought most hotels provided, Also a lack of storage space let the room down. Overall an unpleasant 7 day stay for me.

Receptionist was lazy and did not shut down a party in room next door I had to go in person to request a room change. He then said he can’t shut it down because it’s a risk for him. He should have said that from the beginning. Instead of having me call 3 times to shut it down and that I had to do a new room change in person at the lobby.

•You have to walk through a housing projects to get to the hotel from the train. •There is a $100 cash deposit upon check in. •The was no storage space in the queen room, there was a bed, desk and chair, one side table, bathroom, small coat rack with one coat hanger and a small shelf above it-the room is very small •No telephone in room •My sheets were dirty upon arrival and when I asked the front desk for new ones, I was told I had to wait for housekeeping •Housekeeping comes and was not going to change the fitted sheet on the bed, I insisted that it be changed because the sheets smelled like pee •Housekeeping asks me for a tip (absolutely not, the sheets should have been clean prior to my arrival!!) •There is no mini fridge in the room •There is no microwave in the room •This hotel does not provide breakfast. Use caution when booking at this location.

Great customer service. They will take care of you. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. The prices are great. It's hard to find a hotel with a beautiful view of the city and bridge for the price they charge. The internet is fast, which is important to me because I work a lot online. If you don't like something...just tell them and they will take care of you. Therefore, my stays were great so far. I hope they keep it up. Some places I used to like changed and now i stay at this hotel when i'm in the area.
