"こちらの内容であれば、Expediaのガイドライン（料金・個人情報・過激な表現を避ける）にも配慮しつつ、事実と感想が伝わるレビューにできます。都内へのアクセスが良く、駅直結で施設面も充実している点は便利でした。一方で、フロント対応やホテルの運営方針には改善を期待したいと感じました。滞在期間中は何度か利用していましたが、数日後に再び宿泊する予定があっても荷物を預かってもらえず、柔軟性に欠ける対応だと感じました。また、ホテル宛に送った荷物がスムーズに受け取れなかった際には、原因や状況について十分な説明がなく、こちらの確認不足であるかのような対応を受けたことが残念でした。もう少し利用者に寄り添った説明や対応があれば、印象は大きく違ったと思います。 ..."
