The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. "Booked only for one night. Wished we would have booked for another stay. Beautiful property. Utilize the free shuttle available from the train station to the hotel. Don’t attempt to walk especially if carrying luggage as there are steep hills. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering hotel so make sure you have decent socks on as this is a shoeless property."

"I was wowed. To be honest, pictures don’t do this justice. It’s a place you can get lost in- in the most beautiful way possible. It is the most scenic stay I’ve experienced to date. It inspires poetry and deep thought. It was my brilliant oasis. Thank you! My only qualms were the food- it was bit underwhelming for the price point; however, the dining view, opulence and careful care from staff made up for it a bit."
