There was a router that wasn't connected to the internet and another that was connected to a phone socket but just flashed orange when we switched it on. After many messages to what seemed to be a chat bot we called the helpline and we're told the owner couldn't sort it during our stay. The kitchen equipment wasn't very clean with burnt food on the grill, dirty trays and cutlery and crockery with bits of food on them. The……
