「We loved the house and the location. The house was very well maintained, clean and inviting. We loved sitting outside by the firepit. We all agreed that a lot of thought went in to the remodel of this house. The interior struck the right chord of maintaining the charming aspects of an older house while encorporating modern amenities.」

「The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this cute home in Manhattan. We stayed in the upper portion and it was 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, nice kitchen & beautiful huge backyard with lots of shade trees. The house sits back from the main road so that offers nice privacy. There is a huge driveway to park in with tons of space. The owner was great with communication and it was very affordable. 「This was a very comfortable property as we stayed in town for a funeral. The spacious quiet backyard was great to relax in under the older Oak tree I’ve seen. 」

「We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!」
