“For years, this was the go-to hotel”

“It was clean and the staff was helpful.”

“It was all good”

“The hotel is dirty. They do the bare minimum cleaning in rooms. Roaches in bathroom and on the shower mat. Room was damp and dank. It had an odd odor that permeated our clothes. Do not stay if you don’t have to.”

“Great location!”

“This was not .y first time and i had complained about dirty towels, so this 2nd time there I think they decided to be vindictive. The room had an awful smell. The carpet was old and dirty. The sheets were not fresh. Blankets old and bleached out on lower half. The ice bucket was never clean it was gross. Overall, the owners need to do better on the up keep of the property. Nice Area.”

“First and foremost staff is the most kindest and caring people. Friendly smiling warm in greeting. Breakfast is a nice amenity and there is a large selection of options to choose from. Rooms are very well kept and clean and so is the lobby. Cookies in the evening or a nice little evening perk bonus this is my second time staying at this property and quite frankly will always chose to stay here again.”

“First - please get rid of the skeletons in the lobby area. It makes customers leary as they first walk in. I do appreciate that the supervisor fixed the room from two singles to one king size bed. It really needs some upgrading in the rooms.”
