“The property is well maintained. The room had great amenities and access to more if needed. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. The room (standard double) is small, but we only needed to sleep and shower mostly. If you're looking for a large room, make sure you review options available. Location was close to underground, restaurants and groceries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Excellent accommodation and communication. We stayed during a freak heat wave with 34 degree temperatures. This lead to ants finding a way in to the apartment. Once reported, the team couldn’t do enough to rectify to the situation including sending someone out to resolve and also giving us the option to move apartment. Clean and spacious rooms, air conditioning, great location. We’re back in a few months and will stay here again.”

“Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.”

“This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location”
