「Great place. We brought the dog and the little space outside was perfect for potty breaks. I would just recomend a mat to help keep the pine needles outside.」

「Very communicative hosts, the cottage was very clean and cute! Would recommend!」

「Awesome location. Host was very gracious. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Loved the flower garden and being able to sit out on sunny deck in morning with coffee enjoying the flowers and hummingbirds. Only advice is to use less scented laundry soap and fabric softener.」

「It was an excellent stat. Would recommend 100%!」

「We felt right at home! This beautiful 3-bedroom suite was cozy, clean, and in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and communication was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!」

「Nice quiet neighborhood, easy drive to downtown. Spacious and very clean, comfy bed. Would recommend it, and stay again」

「Great host , pool access limited by swim lessons. Great kitchen. Bedrooms ok」

「Communications with the host was below standard and unacceptable. First, WIFI information was incorrect and when the host was advised of it she said no other guests had a problem. Eventually when we did connect it was through trial and error as the WIFI was not even close to what she had in the instructions. Second, a bedroom with two beds was advertised and there was none. We had counted on the second bed in one of the bedrooms and when host was advised she said it had broken. We asked for...

「I do not recommend this VRBO. Communication with the host was spotty at best and the property was a let down. The bed in spare room was broken. When the host was contacted about the bed, they admitted that they knew it was broken but, had not disclosed this information to us as the renters. TV in the living room would not connect to internet or any type of tv service. Contacted host to inquire and they ignored our question. There was one wash cloth for a family of five. No drying cloths or tea...

「We were surprised as to the price for this lovely accommodations. It was exactly as described. Very clean. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because the carpets and walls had a few stains that perhaps were caused by previous guests. I however would use this accommodation again. Host was exceptionally warm and accommodating. Very clean. Being a basement suite, we were ready to forgive upper floor footsteps which was very minimal.」

「Cute place in a great location, facilitated by excellent owners. I definitely recommend staying here!」

「Good location for university visit. Perfect for the whole family.」

「While I loved the location and the amenities, I was surprised to learn it is a 2 bedroom suite with each room is rented separately. Fortunately the other room wasn't rented out but I find disingenuous to describe the space as private. The bedroom doors are feet apart, and it is likely you are sharing a 2 bedroom suite with strangers.」

「Problematic from beginning to end. Received a request for balance of payment the day before arrival....!?!?!?!?!On arrival, the location was a complete and utter dump (refrigerator in the driveway!?!?), busy highway, idyllic pool from vrbo advertising covered in a huge plastic, ugly green bubble, apartment was dirty, kitchen facilities in particular, an Xmas (?) half eaten, moldy pie in the oven, large holes in the door screens preventing privacy, heating went off in the middle of the night,...
